Be it on the professional or personal front, the year 2022 was quite fulfilling for Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt. From getting married to the love of her life to marking her debut in the South Indian film industry, the actress added a bunch of feathers to her hat. Thus, the actress took to her Instagram story section and shared a special video for her fans to give a glimpse of how her year has been.
The video montage captures several highlights from each month of this year. She shared glimpses from her promotional shoots for her films, a still with RRR director SS Rajamouli, Gangubai Kathiawadi’s promotions, a BTS clip from Darlings, and clips of her media interaction with Ranbir Kapoor for Brahmastra, among others.
Meanwhile, in the caption, the Highway star wrote that she has been MIA (missing in action) but 2022 has been a memorable year. She further wrote that she will do a quick recap of 2022 IRL (in real life).

For the unversed, this year, Bhatt delivered several blockbusters. She began her year in February with Gangubai Kathiawadi and followed by RRR, which was released in March. Meanwhile, she made her debut on the OTT platform with the Netflix movie Darlings. She also produced the film. She then appeared in Brahmastra, her first project alongside her actor-husband, Ranbir Kapoor. Additionally, Alia completed the shoot for Heart of Stone, which will be her Hollywood debut picture.
Apart from her Hollywood debut, Alia has multiple projects in her kitty including Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani, which is slated to release in April 2023. It will mark the directorial comeback of Karan Johar.
