Earlier this year, it was announced that Sajid Nadiadwala is all set for the fourth installment of Housefull franchise. Housefull 4 will mark the return of Akshay Kumar and Riteish Deshmukh. But, this movie will have many new faces including Bobby Deol, Kriti Sanon, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde. The multistarrer is not only big on cast but will also be released in 3D with tons of VFX.

Now, it has been learned that the film has finally gone on floors. Akshay Kumar shared the mahurat shot glimpse from the first day along with Bobby Deol and Riteish Deshmukh. The men were all smiles as Bobby held the clapboard. He captioned the photo, "It's time to be a Silver Fox, break @iambobbydeol's funny bone and play every game under the sun with my buddy @riteishd!! Because the Boyz are Back with 4 Times the Fun #HouseFull4."

Interestingly, while Housefull 4 is Bobby Deol's first movie in the franchise, this will be Bobby and Akshay’s fifth film. They have earlier worked in Ajnabee, Dosti: Friends Forever, Ab Tumhare Hawale Waton Saathiyo and Thank You.

Directed by Sajid Khan, who directed the first two installments, the fourth film of the series we heard will revolve around the theme of reincarnation. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 4 will release on Diwali 2019.
