Aishwarya Rai and her daughter Aaradhya Bachchan were spotted returning to Mumbai on Thursday morning, after spending some time off in New York. Opting for comfortable and casual airport attire, the mother-daughter duo greeted the paparazzi with warm smiles and polite gestures. Despite ongoing buzz about trouble in her married life with actor Abhishek Bachchan, Aishwarya seemed unbothered and composed as she made her way through the airport.

Comfortable Airport outing

In the video captured at the airport, Aishwarya was seen dressed in an all-black outfit, complemented by long black coat over matching pants. She completed her look with a dash of red lipstick, keeping her hair loose and flowing. Meanwhile, Aaradhya looked equally comfortable in a purple sweatshirt paired with black pants and white sneakers, carrying a black sling bag. Aishwarya held her daughter close protectively, reflecting a strong bond between them.

Unfazed by rumours

Greeted by the paparazzi, Aishwarya and Aaradhya smiled for the cameras and graciously made their way to their vehicle. Aishwarya even took a moment to thank the paparazzi before getting into the car. Their calm demeanour and affectionate interaction were in stark contrast to the rumours of marital discord circulating in the media.

A cherished meeting in New York

During their time in New York, Aishwarya had a memorable encounter with a US-based actor named Jeree Reyna. Jeree shared her excitement on Instagram by posting two pictures with Aishwarya, one from their recent meeting and another from a previous encounter. In her caption, Jeree expressed her admiration for Aishwarya, writing, "Meeting your idol twice in one lifetime deserves a spot on the grid... Aish (Aishwarya), thank you for always being so kind to me. You listened so intently as I told you about the impact you’ve had in my life. It was always my dream to thank you for it. I wish you all the happiness and joy in this world.”

Recent solo appearances

While Abhishek attended the event with his parents, Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan, and his sister Shweta Bachchan’s family, Aishwarya arrived separately with Aaradhya.
