Bollywood actor Aditya Roy Kapur recently announced that the teaser of his upcoming project Gumraah will release tomorrow. Starring opposite him will be Mrunal Thakur.

On Tuesday, Aditya took to Instagram and shared an announcement from his account. Sharing the poster, he wrote, “Do not trust easily! #Gumraah teaser out tomorrow! In cinemas from 7th April 2023.”

Soon after the announcement was shared, his Instagram fam expressed their excitement in the comments section. Reacting to the post, a fan wrote, “Can’t wait to see you and Mrunal together on screen,” while another user wrote, “The film seems to be interesting…2023 is your year Aditya.”

Gumraah marks Mrunal Thakur and Aditya Roy Kapur’s first collaboration. The action-thriller directed by the first-timer Vardhan Ketkar, is an official Hindi version of the popular Tamil film Thadam. The movie, which was directed by Magizh Thirumeni, had Tanya Hope and Arun Vijay in the key roles.

For the first time in his career, Aditya actor will be seen playing double role, whilst Mrunal will play a police officer in the movie.

On the professional front, Aditya was most recently seen in The Night Manager that streamed on Disney+ Hotstar on February 17. He will be next seen in Anurag Basu’s Metro In Dino with an ensemble cast.
