In just a day, Dunki will be released in the cinemas. Starring Shah Rukh Khan, the film is directed by Rajkumar Hirani. With the excitement around the film is at an all-time high, it also marks Hirani’s 20-year mark in the film industry. Ahead of the film’s release, Red Chillies Entertainment shared a video on social media in which Aamir Khan, SRK, Vicky Kaushal and Ranbir Kapoor extended their wishes to Hirani. R Madhavan, Sharman Joshi, Taapsee Panny, and Vidya Balan also sent in their warm messages.
Shah Rukh Khan said, “Hi Raju sir. Wishing you 20 years of happiness and goodness, and 20 years of your cinema completion. We have all grown up watching your movies and loved them, whether it's Munna Bhai, PK, and the list goes on and on. Here's to the next 25 years of great cinema-making and teaching the world how to tell lovely stories. God bless you, sir.”
Ranbir Kapoor then said, "In the film industry, having the privilege to have worked with you, I can vouch that there isn't a better human being—more selfless, nicer, and harder working."

Aamir Khan, who has worked with Hirani on several films, added, “He is one of my favourite directors. Congratulations, Raju, on completing 20 years. Dunki features Boman Irani, Taapsee Pannu, Vicky Kaushal, Vikram Kochhar, and Anil Grover, along with Shah Rukh Khan. A JIO Studios, Red Chillies Entertainment, and Rajkumar Hirani Films presentation, produced by Rajkumar Hirani and Gauri Khan; Written by Abhijat Joshi, Rajkumar Hirani, and Kanika Dhillon, Dunki is slated to release on December 2023.
