
Too many cook spoil the broth. Too many films divide the business. This must be the 'busiest' Friday of 2011 so far, with as many as 9 new films hitting the marquee - 6 Hindi and 3 English films. But none of them could fetch a satisfying start at the ticket window. In fact, the morning and noon shows of almost all Hindi films were in 5% to 10% range, with CHALO DILLI opening better than the rest, especially in pockets of North India. The evening shows might show an upward trend, like it happens at most times, but the Saturday and Sunday numbers will decide their fate at the box-office.
