After the cult 'Ramsay horror films' in Bollywood, Bhatts were the ones who tried to re-establish the horror genre in Bollywood. Now we hear, that director Vikram Bhatt has decided to write a book about them.
The filmmaker is trying to encapsulate the experiences of shooting these films in his first volume and the films in this edition include 1920, 1920: Evil Returns and upcoming film Khamoshiyan. In fact, we hear that Bhatt wanted to compile all the experiences in one book itself but later, realized that he will have to expand it considering the number of moments he wishes to share. It is also being said that Vikram Bhatt has already reached the final stage of writing this book and wants to release it, right before the release of Khamoshiyan. From the conceptualization of these stories to certain 'never-before-seen' photographs, Vikram will include it all in this book. Glad about this new venture, Vikram mentioned that often his films receive an A certificate considering its plotlines but now, he wants the story to reach young audience and has hence, taken up this task of writing them as stories.
Directed by Karan Darra, Khamoshiyan stars Ali Fazal, Sapna Pabbi and Gurmeet Choudhry in lead roles and it is slated to release on January 30, 2015.
