Milap Zaveri's sex comedy Mastizaade featuring Tusshar Kapoor, Vir Das and Sunny Leone is just days away from release. However we now hear that the lead actor of the film Tusshar Kapoor has taken the makers of the film Pritish Nandy Communications to court for alleged nonpayment of dues.
Confirming the same Tusshar says, "Yes it is true; I have taken legal action for the same." Further talking about reports that claimed Mastizaade producer Rangita Nandy sending a legal notice to Tusshar for not promoting the film Tusshar adds, "Despite me not getting my remuneration as per the contract for the film, I offered the makers of Mastizaade my dates to promote the film, but they were not taken."
As for the film, Mastizaade is a sex comedy and features Sunny Leone in a double role is slated for release on January 29.
