The actress mentioned that this wish may be fulfilled in a year or two. While we have got the hint, we haven't got any information on the kind of genres the actress would like to explore as a filmmaker.
On the other hand, Sonam Kapoor also maintained that her love for acting will remain as she would continue to act in films with a lot of good actors even if she starts directing. She further also stated that she wouldn't want to direct her father Anil Kapoor but would love to be a part of a film which he would direct.
