In a significant development in Uttar Pradesh, Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath have been booked among 22 individuals in connection with a major investment scam, as reported by the news agency ANI. The accused are alleged to have duped investors by promising high returns on investments, only to defraud them of their money.
According to the report, the scam involved a network of individuals who lured investors with the promise of lucrative returns on their investments. However, instead of delivering on these promises, the accused reportedly siphoned off the invested funds for personal gains. The Uttar Pradesh Police have initiated investigations into the matter, with authorities stating that the accused will be held accountable for their actions.
