Shilpa Shetty Kundra gave birth to a baby boy today, early in the morning at Hinduja Healthcare Surgical hospital in Khar, Mumbai. Her husband Raj Kundra shared the good news on twitter.
"God has blessed us with a beautiful baby boy. Both mother and baby are fine. I am thrilled to bits!!!!!! A big thank you to my wife @TheShilpaShetty for the bestest gift ever, DR Kiran Cohelo and all the staff at Hinduja Hospital," he tweeted.
Shilpa had gone for a normal checkup to the hospital on Sunday but the doctors admitted her immediately as the contractions had begun. Famous gynecologist Dr. Kiran Coelho delivered the baby. Shilpa's entire family was present at the hospital during her delivery. Her husband Raj was by her side throughout. Both the mother and baby are healthy and doing fine.
Congratulatory messages have already started pouring in, Bipasha Basu tweeted, "@TheShilpaShetty and Raj Congratulations on the birth of ur lil baby boy!So happy fr you both!Love!"
Neil Nitin Mukesh too expressed his happiness, tweeting, "@TheShilpaShetty yipeeee mommy dearest. Loads of love to you raj and the prince ! :D God bless you ! Muah!"
