His maiden production venture Rascals hasn't even released yet and Sanjay Dutt is already contemplating his next. Bollywood Hungama has learnt that Sanjay has acquired the rights of the Telugu hit film Dhee which starred Vishnu Vardhan Babu and Genelia D'Souza in the lead.
Confirming this development, producer Vinay Choksey says, "Yes it is correct we have bought the rights of the south Indian film Dhee and have signed Indra Kumar to direct the project. Sanjay Dutt will feature in the film; however the rest of the cast is yet to be finalized. This will happen only after we finish the script and lock the final draft."
The film in question is said to be a rom-com with a little bit of action thrown in with Sanju in the lead alongwith two more lead male actors and a female lead. The film is scheduled to go on floor early next year.
