Ramgopal Varma couldn't have coined a more appropriate name for his office Factory. No sooner did his latest flick EK HASINA THI hit the screens, Ramu has started work on two new films, besides the number of films that are already in various stages of production. The first film to roll this month is a horror film, titled SHANTI KUTIR. The grapevine is abuzz that the flick will star Arjun Rampal and Sushmita Sen in the lead. Partly true, Ramu tells me, We've signed Sushmita, not Arjun. Also, the title is not SHANTI KUTIR. That was a working title; a more suitable title will be finalised shortly. The second film, which will introduce newcomer Mohit Alawat in the lead, would've gone before camera while you're reading this news-piece. Rohit Jugraj, Ramu's assistant, will be directing the film, which is titled JAMES. Remember Ramu telling me this, while showing me his pics: He's [Mohit] got a dashing personality. I think he'll work wonders in action-oriented roles. Meanwhile, Ramu's next film, starring Nana Patekar in the central role, titled AB TAK 56, is scheduled to hit the screens on February 27.
