Currently recording music for his film, Amol Palekar has managed an interesting combination of music maestros for his film in the form of music directors Shankar-Ehsaan-Loy and lyricist Gulzar. Palekar is in complete adoration for Gulzar who also wrote the lyrics for his last Hindi film Paheli. "He is a ZAR; he just rules over his pen; dictates his words; commands our emotions through his atypical lines. What a sensitive, popular and endearing Emperor.
