Nimrat Kaur had gained 10 kilos for her role in the film Dasvi which she wrapped up recently. She had to gain weight to look like a circumstantial politician in the comedy that also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Yami Gautam Dhar. Nimrat had just started working out after nearly a year and has injured her leg. She will be on bed rest for at least a week. The recovery process will take about five-six weeks in total.
Reportedly, Nimrat had stopped working out rigorously when she had to out in the weight for Dasvi. She had hit the gym after a year for functional training. She was also in the middle of moving into a new house when the dehydration and fatigue coupled with some other issues took a toll on her and ended up with a tennis leg.
Reportedly, Nimrat has been asked to keep her leg in a cast and on an incline for at least a week. She has been asked to limit her movements even while at home to avoid complications.
Talking to a daily, Nimrat said that she has put everything on hold and will give her body the time to heal.
