While on Suniel Shetty, his Popcorn Entertainment is all set to start its next film before KHEL hits the screens on October 3. Titled RAKTH and to be directed by Mahesh Manjrekar, the film will star Sanjay Dutt, Dino Morea, Bipasha Basu, Yana Gupta, Riya Sen and Amrita Arora. One more hero is currently under finalisation. Surprisingly, Suniel won't star in his own home-production. "That's because I've committed dates to various producers," he clarifies. In fact, Suniel has an interesting line-up of films in the coming months, like KHEL [with Sunny Deol, Ajay Jadeja], RUDRAKSH [Sanjay Dutt], LAKEER [Sunny Deol, John Abraham, Sohail Khan], MAIN HOON NAA [Shah Rukh Khan, Zayed Khan], AAN [Shatrughan Sinha, Akshay Kumar] and L.O.C. [the biggest star cast ever assembled!], all big-budget ventures. Talking about the genre of RAKTH, Suniel says that it's something Manjrekar hasn't attempted before. "It's a very glamorous, stylized film," Suniel divulges. Will it have a lot of violence, with a title like that? "It's not a violent film at all," he clarifies. For this project too, Suniel has a lot of ambitious plans up his sleeve. "Mel C has agreed to record a song. We are also talking to Ricky Martin for another song," he reveals. RAKTH will roll on October 1 and will be shot in a 45-day start-to-finish shooting schedule, till November 15.
