Hrithik Roshan released the audio of Karobaar produced by Gava and directed by Rakesh Roshan at a function on June 19th at Hotel Regent, Bandra. Venus is marketing the music of the same. A well attended gathering, the songs from the film were screened for the guests before the official release ceremony. Call it destiny, Hrithik was an assistant director during the making of this film, and here he was, the chief guest at the music release. Director Rakesh Roshan was elated and peeved at the launch of the music. While he was happy that the film will soon be able to see the light of the day after it was stalled for the past several years, he was upset that Rishi Kapoor was absent at the release. Close sources say that Rishi did not attend the party because he was kept out of the publicity. Even the posters used for campaign does not feature him. While the Roshans say that he does not feature on the publicity material since they wanted him to be a surprise element for the audiences like Akshay Kumar in Dil To Pagal Hai, Rishi has not accepted this logic and has decided not to canvass for the movie. Hrithik was accompanied by his girlfriend Suzanne at the launch.
