The Chandigarh sessions court has scheduled October 7 as the next hearing in the case of alleged breach of contract by Katrina Kaif for opting out of performing at a National Institute of Fashion Design (NIFD) fashion show at Nagpur later this month. Civil Judge, Sanjay Sandhir, fixed the next date in the case after hearing arguments from the counsels of NIFD and Kaif. Kaif, represented by a local lawyer, sought more time to file her reply in the case. The Chandigarh based NIFD had recently filed a civil suit against the Katrina for alleged breach of contract and cheating. The court had asked police to submit a report by September 17. Katrina in turn, has countersued NIFD demanding unconditional apology for damage to her image.
