It was an evening to remember. The music launch of Suneel Darshan's ANDAAZ, directed by Raj Kanwar and starring Akshay Kumar, Lara Dutta and Priyanka Chopra in lead roles, on Wednesday, February 26 at Hyatt Regency, was a grand affair. The music launch also coincided with the launch of the audio label Shree Krishna Audio. Besides the principal cast and the technical team behind the project, the who's who of the entertainment industry was also present on the occasion. Amitabh Bachchan, I.M.P.P.A. President Smita Thackeray and Kareena Kapoor were the chief guests, while a number of producers and distributors were present to wish Suneel the very best. The evening started with Kumar Sanu rendering a beautiful composition from the film, which was followed by the three stars of the film performing on a different track on a specially erected dais. Soon thereafter, the formalities began, with Kareena lighting the traditional lamp and the Big B formally releasing the audio of the film. Also, a number of promos were screened for the august gathering. ANDAAZ has music by Nadeem-Shravan and lyrics by Sameer. The film is expected to release in mid-April.
