This was something that was waiting to happen anytime now and the time has come. Well, we are talking about the extremely talented Alia Bhatt. All of us are well versed with the fact that, besides being an extremely talented actress, Alia is also a singer par excellence. After having lent her voice in a couple of films (Highway and Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania), this time round, Alia Bhatt is all set to record a single by the month end.
While the said single (a romantic track) will be produced by Bhushan Kumar, it will be composed by Mithoon with its lyrics penned by Manoj Muntashir. Speaking about the same, Mithoon said that the idea was brought forth by Bhushan Kumar four months ago. After toying with a few ideas, they ultimately zeroed in on a love ballad. He added that, since Alia happens to be greatly inspired by her father Mahesh Bhatt's work, they are planning to include a few musical elements from his hit films like Dil Hai Ke Manta Nahin and Sadak. The preparations for the music video are underway.
