Ram Gopal Varma may be going through a rough patch professionally. But there's no dearth of fans and supporters among the technicians of Bollywood.
Choreographer Ahmed Khan is all set to pay Ramu homage by making a heist caper called Khallas. Ironically, the film is to feature Sanjay Dutt in the lead. The title of Ahmed Khan's film is the title of the popular item song in Ram Gopal Varma's Company.

Ahmed says he has not yet formally asked Ramu for the title. Ramu on his part said he'd gladly part with the title.
Says Ahmed, "I am the biggest Ram Gopal Varma film. I got my first big break with Ramu in Rangeela. Then I did a song in Satya for him. After that we didn't work together until Department where I choreographed a song that was banned by the censor board. I keep telling Ramu that he, A. R. Rahman and I should get together again to do another Rangeela."
Ahmed would be happy to know Ramu is now planning a sequel to Rangeela with a completely different cast.
