Yash Raj may get lucky by scraping through at the box office even with their latest offering, but its high time they realise movie making is not just about rehashing avg product with technical finesse...The average response might just be an eye-opener for them,it wont be long when the paying public will start rejecting offerings of this reputed banner if they only concentrate about the glossy presentation and ignore the content they provide.
Their is not much to discuss about the storyline (if any)..Yes technically its a superior product...After watching the first half I was wondering how can it be even an average movie...But the second half was the saving grace (again "If any"). Without a basic good idea, stars can do little justice to the film..Performances were strictly okie...Saif looked "healthy" but it was Rani who took the cake from him...Its high time Rani Mukherjee accepts that she is a good actress who should let her acting talent speak and stop competing with Katrina's and Kareena's on style front...Will someone tell Yash Raj banner that for mini-skirt roles they should cast some young gorgeous actress and not show their loyalty to the over-weight Rani!!! She looked awful in those mini's...Please reinvent yourself and stop being repetitive...The summer vacation release coupled with the children-centric approach saved the box-office prospects, or else the fate would have been worse for TRP...
