THIS MOVIE IS A COMBINATION OF SCENES From MOVIES like PARDES , MERE YAAR KI SHAADI HAI etc.ANY ONE CALLING IT NICE & NEW STORY MAY HAVE NO SENSE OF STORIES,JUST A FOLLOWER OF ITS LEAD CAST as they may wish to satisfy themselves with this excuse. Now come at the movie! There is nothing seriously amiss in MBKD. It gets right the camerawork (Sudeep Chatterjee), music (Sohail Sen) and the outdoor locations in and around Delhi. What it misses out on is that element of unpredictability during the time of a wedding that Band Baaja Baarat and Tanu Weds Manu managed to capture probably because the couple at the helm was supported by any number of splendid supporting stars. Here the supporting actors are serviceable. Parikshat Sahnni and Kanwaljeet as the couple’s fathers try to be coic and filmy. They just looke jaded. By the time the Brother walks away with the Dulhan we really have nothing we would like to say to them, except, what took them so long?

Its a very stupid and non-sense movie, all scenes copied from various movies. Nothing worth to mention neither story is good nor direction, acting all very poor and over. Its very surprising how non actors like Imran Khan are getting such hype and work in this industry where talent is no short of. Very silly actor with no acting skills. Katrina is also typed in same kind of roles either NRI or US return etc. Its like pakistani movies of low class.

Mere overacting brother ki overacting dulhan is the silliest film I have seen in ages. Almost everyone hams, it's predictable, silly & tedious. The less said about Ali 'Ham' Zafar, the better. Katrina Kaif looks like a million bucks (man is she hot!) and so her over-the-top acting is forgiven. So bad is everyone that Imran Khan's performance actually looks natural! :) Apart from the smoking hot Katrina, Sohel Sen's already popular soundtrack is the only other plus. Overall, a colossal bore!

Definitely Worth a Watch is what can be said about this latest Yash Raj Camp's film. I think MBKD delivered what was expected of him and that is full on entertainment and light heartedness. Katrina Kaif stole the show entirely and she looks stunning.Imrannn wow,you are a little beauty. He is a very natural actor and does not look fake at all on screen.Ali Zafar has also tried very hard to get into the groove of the character. Tara Desouza has made a fantastic debut. The Music of the film is very melodious. Overall do watch MBKD for Kat and music and have total fun and Paisa Vasool Entertainment. Overall Thumbs Up!!!!.

If you look back at all the movies you have enjoyed watching in last few months, you would realize that either you had a hangover of the performances in it or it must have given you some philosophical message or it must have given you a rib tickling laugh or you must have been hooked with the outstanding script or real life sequences or unreal action……but have u been feeling like just touching the "feel good factor", as light as a coffee after a stressed out day. Watch Mere Brother Ki Dulhan and you will feel "just content". A super light entertainer which one could consume easily and would be happy to watch once. Talking about the performances, I am truly not a fan of Imraan Khan but appreciate the way he has played the character of Kush. He has absorbed the script well and seems to have done all the scenes in one go. Katrina may surprise everyone who has been following her previous accomplishments as this one is going to stand out in terms of making them laugh. It is a little unbelievable to expect her delivering comic performance. She has established herself as one of the best dancers in the industry we have today. So in totality her mesmerizing beauty and stunning performance have added the right value in the project. But out of all the performances, one would make you watch this movie again, Ali Jafar. He has his own style and has played the character of “Bhaisaahab†perfectly. He has delivered the expectations of the audience which applauded his work in Tere Bin Laden. His comic timing and dialogue delivery will bring stronger remembrance to his character amongst the audience in comparison to other characters in the movie. The supporting cast has played the script well in their domain with a special mention to Shobhit, friend of Imraan in the movie. YRF has been recognized as a school for artists in this industry but I would like to mention that the batches in last couple of years have been outstanding. You talk about, Manish (director Band Baaja Baraat), Kabeer (director new york) and Ali Abbas in this project. All have been successful in not only hitting the cash registers at box office but also in touching new heights of creativity in Indian Cinema. Ali has managed the screenplay perfectly. There is not even a single moment you feel like going out to buy a popcorn bucket. The audience is bound to stick to there seats as the story brings out scenes which are well connected and moving in the right pace to hold the interest. The cinematography is appreciable showing India Gate, Taj Mahal and other fancy sets in line with the script. The music is not that catchy out of the theater as it has been embedded with the script and string the events in the story. Choreography may back a nomination for this movie in this category as all the songs were visually pleasing, specially the superb combination of music, choreography and cinematography in "Kaisa ye isk hai ajab sa risk hai". The only thing which pulls back your interest is the last twist which tends to make the climax a little unreal and immature, but those 10 minutes are acceptable against an entertaining 120 minutes. All in all a successful project following Band Baja Baraat for YRF. Kudos to the team and Ali Abbas for holding a very immature story in a delicate way and making it reliable by way of tightly built screenplay and fine editing. This one has a definite shelf life.

A movie which starts with lot of expectations and ends up with waste !! It starts with where bada bhai (bhaisahab) tells his chota bhai to find a girl for him.. All goes as expected in movie. Nothing is new. Chota bhai fells in love with same girl and all messes up !! After all this ram kahani movie never ends and complete 2 hours and 40 mins are wasted !! Some small jokes and the timing of those jokes are great which makes you laugh but over all a disappointing movie. Movie is dragged like big elastic !! Hell that was tooo boreeee The dialogues are not clear lots of disturbance!! Music with both item nos are sad !! Imran khan sucks with acting this time and even with dancing, Ali Zafar shows his talent again after tere bin laden .. Whole and sole the movie if you wanna watch then watch it for the sexi lady on floor and that's Katrina Kaif !! She's amazing first time as a acting !! Its a one man show, opps one woman show !! Its only katrinas dhunki !!

MBKD is an wholesome entertainer! From the beginning to the end, I enjoyed this film immensely. The best part of the film, it is slightly unconventional because there is no drama, no sadness, no crying. There is the obstacle, with a happy note the characters try to resolve it. Imran Khan as usual, at his best. Katrina Kaif is a revelation, so much spunk. The movie is completely on her shoulders, and she kept it alive. Ali Zafar is definitely is a show stealer. He was the most lovable character. I am already in love with the soundtrack, and now the music videos were awesome. Great choreography... Two thumbs up. A comedy that comes from the bottom of the heart and it should be seen.

Review for Mere Brother Ki Dulhan Ratings: 2.5/5 Script: First of all Mere Brother Ki dulhan is not…
Review for Mere Brother Ki Dulhan Ratings: 2.5/5 Script: First of all Mere Brother Ki dulhan is not similar to Sorry Bhai. Both the films have vast difference.Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is about Luv who stays in London and had a break off. After break off he decides to get married and settle down.He tells his brother Kush to find an Indian girl for him.Now the hunt for the dulhan starts.Kush meets many girls and then he finds the best one and thats Dimple. Now the arrangements for the marriage starts and luckily or unluckily Dimple and Kush falls in love with each other. Now, what? Will Dimple get married to Luv or she will get Married to Kush? Thats the story of Mere Brother Ki Dulhan.Ali Abbas Zafar's script is something like 50-50.I mean it's 1st half is really nice but the 2nd half lacks many things.1st half is really hilarious moments and 2nd half has some funny moments. The problem with the 2nd half is that it's funny but predictable you know whats going to happen in the next scene. It could be more better. Direction: Ali Abbas Zafar has directed the film well.As a first time director it's really nice. But again the same thing as the story was predictable he could have directed the movie more better. But,he succeeds in making us luagh like mad in 1st half and atleast keep a smile in 2nd half.Sudeep Chatterjee's cinematography is dam good.Ritesh Soni's editing is okk. Music: Songs are a big support in the film. They perfectly match the situations.Ditto to Sohail Sen for his fantastic music in this film.Be it mere brother ki dulhan or isq risk or madhubala or dhunki each and every song is fantastic. And one of the best thing is that all the songs has awesome choreography.Ditto for that to Bosco-Caesar's. Actors: Actors are on the bases of performances: 1) Katrina Kaif: I still remember when Katrina came into bollywood her acting was worst then it became better and now she one of the best actress bollywood has.She proves that she is not just famous for her dance but she can act well. She delivers an innocent performance this time.Actually it's a role specially penned for her.In one word dam good. 2) Ali Zafar: Ok first of all Ali Zafar has not directed this film.It was a confusion that the actor who has acted in the film is the same person who directed it.But no,the director and the actor are differnet people.Ali Zafar looks really nice and the role suites him very well.He carries off the comedy sequences fantastically. He refreshes the movie whenever he is on the screen. 3) Imran Khan: Imran film by film is getting better. He once again delivers a nice performance. He even tries to copy his mamujaan in some scenes. But,thats cute. 4) Tara D'souza: As her first film she is really nice. She gives a tough competition to Katrina in looks and even a tough competition in the song Do Dhari Talwar. Other supporting cast is dam good specially the actor who has done katrina's brothers role. Overall: Mere Brother Ki Dulhan is a decent one watch film.
