I just saw the movie.. its my one of the best movies I've seen in my recent times. From the director, one can hardly expect more than what we have seen. All the roles are perfectly selected and suited to the movie. Abhay Deol was as usual in his rocking form. Though I'm not a great fan of him, I love to watch his movies and I've been following his movies since his debut Socha na tha.
Dev D is the modern version of Devdas. Though the previous versions are considered as master piece, Dev D is no doubt an outstanding masterpiece of its kind. Anurag Kashyap is one of the best directors for the Indian cinema. All the three roles Dev, Paro and Chanda were perfectly scripted roles and I loved the Chanda role. Her role is cute, matured and sexy. Though the movie is A rated for its vulgarity, no scene in the movie can be avoided or worthless.
Go watch the movie guys, you dont have to miss this as its very hard to find such beauty of Indian cinema.
