Samantha Ruth Prabhu becomes the first South Indian actress to be invited as a speaker at IFFI

The International Film Festival Of India will be held in Goa from November 20-28. Actor Samantha Ruth Prabhu has been invited as a speaker at the festival. This is the first time a South Indian actress has been invited to speak at the event. Samantha's The Family Man 2 co-star Manoj Bajpayee is also one of the speakers at the event.

Samantha has been a part of the film industry for over a decade now, having started her career with the Telugu film Ye Maya Chesave opposite Naga Chaitanya. She has been part of successful films like Kaththi, Theri, Mersal, Eega, Super Deluxe, Oh! Baby, and many others. She recently made her Hindi language debut with the web series The Family Man 2 and was appreciated for her performance as Raji, a Sri Lankan Tamil refugee.

 

On the work front, Samantha will next be seen in the film Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekar. She will also be seen sharing screen with Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal.
