Malavika Mohanan reveals how Feng Shui manifestation led her to The Raja Saab: “I really wanted to do a film with Prabhas”

Malavika Mohanan, who stars opposite Prabhas in The Raja Saab, recently opened up about how a long-held wish eventually became reality. The actor, whose screen presence and chemistry with Prabhas have drawn attention, described the experience as a lesson in patience, belief, and timing.

In a recent conversation, Malavika recalled a deeply personal moment tied to the idea of manifestation. She spoke about her mother’s long-standing interest in esoteric practices such as tarot, pranic healing, and Feng Shui. Nearly seven years ago, following a feng shui ritual involving a “wish turtle,” Malavika had written down a personal aspiration and placed it inside the object, only to forget about it entirely.

 

“Ten days back, my mom found the wish turtle and asked if I remembered what I had written,” Malavika shared. “I had written that I really wanted to do a film with Prabhas.”

 

She explained that at the time, she had been inspired by watching Baahubali and witnessing how the film transformed Prabhas into one of India’s biggest stars. While the wish did not materialize immediately, it eventually aligned with reality as The Raja Saab reached the brink of its release.

 

Reflecting on the journey, Malavika emphasized that manifestation does not follow a fixed timeline. “Did it happen immediately? No. It took its own sweet time. But it happened,” she said, adding that putting intentions out into the universe and allowing them to unfold naturally is sometimes all one can do.

 

Her comments offer a glimpse into the personal side of her career journey, underscoring how belief, persistence, and patience can intersect with opportunity in unexpected ways.
