Makers of Naga Chaitanya’s mythical thriller NC24 unveil BTS video ahead of title reveal
The makers of NC24 have kicked off the birthday week celebrations for Naga Chaitanya with a striking behind-the-scenes video, giving fans their first real glimpse into the actor’s next big cinematic leap. Directed by Karthik Dandu and produced by SVCC and Sukumar Writings, the film marks Naga Chaitanya’s entry into an entirely new genre — a full-fledged mythical thriller.
The BTS video highlights the project’s ambitious world-building, showcasing massive sets crafted by production designer Sri Nagendra Kumar Tangala. According to the makers, the sets took months to build and involved hundreds of technicians, signalling the scale at which the film is being mounted.
The footage also captures Naga Chaitanya undergoing intense physical prep and action training under international action expert Juji Master. The glimpses suggest that the actor is playing a demanding, high-octane role rooted in myth and mystery.
Adding to the excitement is the background score by Ajaneesh Loknath, whose atmospheric music in the BTS has already caught the attention of fans online.
Along with the behind-the-scenes reveal, the makers confirmed that the official title and first-look poster of NC24 will be unveiled on November 23 — Naga Chaitanya’s birthday — setting the stage for a grand celebration among his fans.
Featuring Naga Chaitanya alongside Meenakshi Chaudhary and Sparsh Shrivastava, NC24 is currently being shot in Hyderabad and is being positioned as one of the actor’s most ambitious films to date.
