The highly anticipated Pan-India spectacle Thug Life, produced by Raaj Kamal Films International, is set to make history as three legends—Mani Ratnam, Kamal Haasan, and A.R. Rahman—come together for the first time ever. With its first single set to drop soon, anticipation for this magnum opus has reached new heights.

While Mani Ratnam and Kamal Haasan created cinematic history with Nayakan, Thug Life marks the first time this legendary duo joins hands with A.R. Rahman, promising a groundbreaking musical experience. With Mani Ratnam’s visionary storytelling, Kamal Haasan’s unparalleled presence, and A.R. Rahman’s soul-stirring music, Thug Life is shaping up to be an unmissable cinematic phenomenon. As the Thugster musical journey kicks off, the first single is expected to set the tone for what will be one of the biggest releases of 2025.

 

Produced by Kamal Haasan's Raaj Kamal Films International, Mani Ratnam's Madras Talkies, R. Mahendran, and Siva Ananth, Thug Life boasts a stellar ensemble cast. Alongside Kamal Haasan, who plays Rangaraaya Sakthivel Naicker, the film features Silambarasan TR, Trisha Krishnan, Ashok Selvan, Aishwarya Lekshmi, Joju George, and Abhirami in key roles. Accompanying them are Nassar, Chetan, Mahesh Manjrekar, Tanikella Bharani, Bagavathi Perumal, Chinni Jayanth, and Vaiyapuri, further enriching the film’s dynamic lineup.
