However, despite the distance, her husband Nick has been mindful of showering his wife with love and presents on her birthday and now, he has decided to share a throwback memory that is extremely special for the couple – the PROPOSAL!

While Priyanka Chopra Jonas is in Australia wrapping up her film, Nick Jonas is back in the States and seems to be taking a trip down memory lane. On July 20, the American pop icon took to his social media to share a special moment of the duo which was from six years ago. The photo is said to from their proposal with PC flaunting her solitaire, while hiding her face. The cute photo was posted by Nick saying, “I asked the most amazing woman in the world to marry me 6 years ago today. Thank you for saying yes @priyankachopra.”

 

 

His beloved wife too reposted the photo on her Instagram story and responded to it saying, “Cannot believe it's been 6 years since this day.”

After the American pop star proposed the Bollywood actress, the couple hosted a traditional Roka ceremony in August 2018 in Mumbai amid friends and family, as they formally announced their engagement and wedding. Their lavish wedding ceremonies were held as per two different traditions, in Rajasthan along with multiple festivities like Mehendi, Sangeet, and a cocktail bash, followed by several receptions across cities in India. The couple are now proud parents to a daughter named Malti Marie Chopra Jonas who was born in January 2022 via surrogacy.
