At the Into Film Awards last week, Jamie Dornan was asked on the red carpet if he still keeps in touch with Dakota Johnson. He revealed that they had recently reconnected via text messages. “I was just texting with her a couple of days ago. I think she’s London bound a wee bit over the next few weeks, so trying to see her and Chris (Martin) for dinner,” Dornan shared with Metro.

 

Possible reunion in England

 

Dakota Johnson is currently in England for the Glastonbury festival and to support Chris Martin alongside his children, Apple and Moses, from his previous marriage with Gwyneth Paltrow. This development has sparked excitement among fans who are hopeful for a reunion of the Fifty Shades co-stars.

Addressing the rumours of discord, Dakota Johnson previously told Vanity Fair, “There was never a time when we didn’t get along. I know it’s weird, but he’s like a brother to me. I love him so, so, so much. And we were really there for each other. We had to really trust each other and protect each other.” She explained that their deep trust was essential for performing the intense and often awkward scenes in the films. “We were doing the weirdest things for years, and we needed to be a team,” she added.
