The new trailer for The Running Man, Edgar Wright’s adaptation of Stephen King’s classic novel, has been released, featuring Glen Powell on the run. The film will hit theatres in India on 14 November.

Set in a near-future world dominated by spectacle and survival, The Running Man follows Ben Richards (Glen Powell), a father who enters a dangerous reality TV game show in the hope of securing treatment for his sick daughter. To win a $1 billion prize, he must avoid capture for 30 days while being pursued across the nation by skilled hunters and hostile participants.

 

The film features a talented ensemble cast, including Josh Brolin, Colman Domingo, Katy O’Brian, Michael Cera, Lee Pace, William H. Macy, Emilia Jones, Jayme Lawson, and Sean Hayes.

 

 

Directed by Edgar Wright and co-written by Wright and Michael Bacall, the trailer highlights action, stylized visuals, and Wright’s distinctive style. Paramount Pictures will release the film in Indian theatres on 14 November 2025.
