Deadpool 3: Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic reprise their roles as Vanessa and Colossus in the comedy action sequel

Morena Baccarin and Stefan Kapicic are all set to reprise their Deadpool roles of Vanessa and Colossus in the sequel Deadpool 3.

The actors join Ryan Reynolds, Hugh Jackman and the newest cast additions Emma Corrin and Matthew Macfadyen. According to Deadline, Reynolds recently announced Karan Soni and Leslie Uggams would also return as Dopinder and Blind Al, who appeared in the first two films.

 

Besides Jackman, Reynolds and now Baccarin and Kapicic, the film will also star Emma Corrin as the villain alongside Matthew Macfadyen. Franchise writers Rhett Reese and Paul Wernick have penned the script for the third film along with Wendy Molyneux and Lizzie Molyneux-Logelin.

 

Shawn Levy will direct the threequel, making it the third collaboration with Reynolds after Netflix’s The Adam Project and Disney's Free Guy. The hotly anticipated threequel will officially mark the entry of fan-favorite characters Deadpool and Wolverine into the MCU. Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige will join Reynolds and Levy as producers.

 

Earlier in March, it was reported that Deadpool 3 will begin filming in London this May with Jackman set to play double role. As per reports, most of the filming will take place across the pond, unlike the first two movies, which were filmed in Vancouver.
