Ayushmann Khurrana attended the prestigious TIME100 Gala on Thursday night in New York. Khurrana was included in the 2020 TIME100 Most Influential List and further honoured with the TIME100 Impact Award in 2023. This year's gala served as a platform for him to mingle with some of the world's most brilliant minds and inspiring artists.

Taking to his Instagram account, Khurrana shared a glimpse of the gala night, expressing his gratitude for being part of such a momentous occasion. He captioned the post, “It is the time of the disruptors! Honoured to be a part of the #TIME100 Gala this year and having met the most brilliant minds and artistes of our generation.”

 

 

 

The TIME100 Gala is an annual event hosted by TIME Magazine to celebrate the individuals included in their prestigious TIME100 list. This list recognizes the world's most influential people across various fields, including entertainment, business, technology, science, politics, and activism. Khurrana's presence at the gala signifies his global recognition and the impact he has made in the Indian film industry.

 

During the event, Khurrana had the opportunity to interact with some of the most prominent figures of our time. The names he mentioned included Dev Patel, a British actor of Indian origin known for his roles in films like Slumdog Millionaire and Lion, who is basking in the success of his directorial debut Monkey Man. He also met Kelley Robinson, a renowned American cartoonist and co-creator of the popular comic strip The Boondocks; Jigar Shah, a leading Indian venture capitalist; Priyamvada Natarajan, a distinguished Indian astrophysicist; singers Dua Lipa and Kylie Minogue and actress Uma Thurman.

 

On the work front, Ayushmann Khurrana is yet to announce his next projects. However, he has reportedly signed a project with Dharma Productions, Dream Girl 3 and a few more that are unannounced.
