Alone in the Woods: Netflix announces original mystery thriller starring Kim Yun Seok, Lee Jung Eun, Go Min Si and Yoon Kye Sang

South Korea actors Kim Yun Seok, Lee Jung Eun, Go Min Si and Yoon Kye Sang are set to lead Netflix's upcoming mystery-thriller Alone In The Woods (working title). On February 20, the streaming giant took to Instagram to announce the main cast of its upcoming mystery-thriller series.

According to NME tabloid, the upcoming series will revolve around two men, one who owns a motel in 2001 and another who runs a pension (a small, usually family-owned property or room for getaways) in a secluded forest in the present. The latter’s life is turned upside down by the arrival of a suspicious woman. The new Netflix original will be helmed by director Mo Wan Il.

 

 

 

On the work front, Kim Yun Seok is known for his performances in films such as Running Turtle, The Yellow Sea, Punch, among other. Lee Jung Eun starred in popular dramas like Our Blues, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, Juvenile Justice and more.

 

Go Min Si is set to reprise her role in the second season of Netflix’s hit apocalyptic series Sweet Home. Yoon Kye Sang starred in romantic comedies such as My 19 Year Old Sister-in-Law and Who Are You? (2008) and the melodrama Crazy for You among others.
