Zaheer Iqbal applauds wife Sonakshi Sinha’s fierce avatar in Jatadhara trailer: “I always said she has a little devil in her”
Zaheer Iqbal, actor and husband of Sonakshi Sinha, has expressed his admiration for his wife’s intense performance in the recently released trailer of the supernatural thriller Jatadhara. The trailer, which debuted on October 17, 2025, was launched digitally by Telugu superstar Mahesh Babu.
In the film, Sonakshi portrays a formidable character, described as a ‘Pishachini’, a supernatural being rooted in Indian folklore. The narrative explores themes of black magic, greed, and the protection of ancient treasures.
Zaheer shared his excitement on social media, captioning the post, “My wife surprising the world with her versatility AGAIN. Directed by Venkat Kalyan, Jatadhara also stars Sudheer Babu in a pivotal role, along with Divya Khossla and Shilpa Shirodkar in key roles. The film is set to release in cinemas on November 7, 2025, in both Telugu and Hindi.
Zaheer’s comment and caption highlight his pride and support for Sonakshi’s daring role in the film.
