The Weeknd brings the house down as he closes his Superbowl Halftime 2021 performance with 'Blinding Lights' 

It was Superbowl LV weekend and a lot of anticipation around who would win the finals. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers won Superbowl 2021 against Kansas City Chiefs for 31-9. The halftime performance was highly awaited as The Weeknd took the stage for the very first time. He made headlines for putting $7 million of his own money and not including any performers in his setlist since Lady Gaga in 2017.

The Weeknd made a grand entrance with Vegas themed set at the top of the stadium with a lot of dancers. Wearing his patent red suit that he wore for most of the 'After Hours' promotions, he closed the performance with fireworks as he crooned his chart-topping song 'Blinding Lights'.
