Watch: Siddhant Chaturvedi’s rap on Indian Idol wins over his fans
Siddhant Chaturvedi recently appeared on Indian Idol to promote his upcoming romantic film Do Deewane Seher Mein, co-starring Mrunal Thakur and produced by Sanjay Leela Bhansali. While the visit was meant to spotlight his romantic transformation on screen, it ended up revisiting his role in Gully Boy that first made him a youth icon. In a moment that blended nostalgia with charm, Siddhant reminded audiences why his journey continues to excite fans.
During the episode, judge Badshah fondly recalled Siddhant’s impactful performance in Gully Boy and asked if he can do some rap. Encouraged by fellow judge Shreya Ghoshal, Siddhant effortlessly broke into an impromptu rap on stage, even dedicating a few playful lines to Mrunal.
The spontaneous performance impressed everyone, and clips of the moment quickly began circulating online, drawing applause from fans.
