The fourth installment of the Housefull series is all set to release on October 25. Ahead of the release of the film, in an exclusive conversation with Bollywood Hungama, the cast of Housefull 4 including Akshay Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Kriti Sanon, Bobby Deol, Kriti Kharbanda and Pooja Hegde discuss the box-office expectations of the film.

All of Akshay Kumar’s films that released this year have been a hit at the box-office. Riteish Deshmukh while talking about Akshay Kumar’s success at the box office said, “In his first film he hopped, in Mission Mangal he skipped and now in Housefull 4 he will jump. I think his career is doing great now.”

 

On the other hand, Kriti Sanon said that she keeps her fingers crossed before the release of her films. “This should be the biggest I hope,” she said.

 

When Bobby Deol was asked about box-office success, he had a hilarious response. He said, “With my career, you can see I have no understanding of the box-office.” Talking about what he expects from Housefull 4, Bobby said, “It is a great product and the actors share great chemistry. Housefull is all about having fun. Housefull 1,2,3 are all great films, with good comedy. My kids have watched it with me. My kids don't watch a lot of movies with me and I have never seen them enjoy any other movies as much. So I am hoping that they enjoy part 4 more than the other 3, which I wasn't a part of. The best things about Housefull 4 are the characters that have been there from the start and their chemistry. It’s a fact. Riteish and Akshay's chemistry is magic.”

Meanwhile, Housefull 4 is directed by Farhad Samji and is slated to release this Diwali. The film which is a reincarnation comedy also stars Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Chunky Panday, Rana Daggubati, Johnny Lever and Jamie Lever.
