WATCH: Hollywood musician Pharrell Williams joins Ranveer Singh for Holi celebrations

In the past few years, many iconic Hollywood stars have visited India during their concerts or on promotional tours. Just this week, iconic American musician and rapper Pharrell Williams came to India to unveil his collection of Adidas Originals. Not only did he launch the collection, he also celebrated the festival of Holi with Bollywood rager, Ranveer Singh.

Pharrell Williams joined Ranveer Singh for Holi celebrations at Taj Lands End on Friday in Mumbai. The party was organized by the sportswear company Adidas. As Ranveer Singh is a brand ambassador of Adidas India, he hosted Pharrell during the Holi collection special range launch of powder-dyed apparel and sneakers in pastel shades.

 

 

The 11 times Grammy Awards winner Pharrell Williams was in desi attire with kurta and printed pants and white shoes. Ranveer Singh was as usual in his form wearing white kurta and pyjama with his reflectors. Ranveer made sure to apply colours on Pharrell’s face. Then, the man kickstarted the party by taking over the DJ booth. Lip syncing to the songs, he was dancing and enjoying the celebrations in full swing.

 

 

Pharrell Williams shared several instagram stories of Ranveer Singh dancing with the crowd. He danced to the hit tracks like ‘Gallan Goodiyan’, ‘Malhari’, ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’, ‘Subah Hone Na De’, ‘Khalibali’, ‘Ainvayi Ainvayi’ among many others. It was a celebration to remember. Ranveer shared a quite a few candid moments with Pharrell as both of them enjoyed a day of full of colours and music.

 

 

Pharrell even shared a couple of pictures on his Instagram after he played Holi and simply captioned it, “KITES.”

 

 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Ranveer Singh is currently shooting for Zoya Akhtar’s Gully Boy. He will soon start working on Rohit Shetty’s Simmba. Besides these two, Ranveer will also start work on Kabir Khan’s 1983 World Cup biopic ’83.
