Tiger Shroff says “struggle is real” as he gives a sneak peek into his rigorous weightlifting training; watch

Bollywood actor Tiger Shroff is widely appreciated for maintaining a good physique. Since his debut in showbiz in 2014, the actor has constantly worked hard and established himself as one of the action heroes. Not only on the big screen, but he has also often flaunted his ripped body on his social media handle. His physique loaded with muscles always impresses his fans. Doing it one more time with at most ease, Tiger gave a sneak peek into his workout and showed how he lifts 60kg dumbbells effortlessly.

For the unversed, on Thursday, February 16, Tiger took to his verified social media handle and shared a video, in which he can be seen lifting 60kg dumbbells. The intensity of his weightlifting training session is quite visible in the video. He can be seen doing it without help from his trainer. “60 kgs each hand felt lighter than the 50s for some reason,” read his caption.

 

The Heropanti actor further added, “going hard af everyday…struggle is real,” and tagged his trainer Rajendra Dhole. Coming to the professional front, the 32-year-old actor was last seen in the sequel of his debut project, opposite Tara Sutaria. The Ahmed Khan directorial, released in April 2022, performed poorly at the box office. However, for 2023, Tiger has an interesting line-up with multiple projects being in his kitty including Bade Miyan Chote Miyan with Akshay Kumar and Ganapath, which will also star Kriti Sanon. He is currently busy shooting the Akshay Kumar starrer. Both films are expected to release in the second half of 2023.
