Taapsee Pannu says she could have played Udham Singh’s role better than Vicky Kaushal

Vicky Kaushal recently took to his social media to announce his upcoming film, Shaheed Udham Singh, a Shoojit Sircar directorial and the fans went crazy over his clean shaven look. The look reveal is also a still from the movie and it is based in England. We’re somehow hoping to have Vicky talk in a British accent. However, after the look was revealed, his Manmarziyaan co-star, Taapsee Pannu couldn’t help but mock his look and mention how she could have played the role better.

Both Vicky Kaushal and the director Shoojit Sircar took to their social media to announce the film based on the life of Sardar Udham Singh. His former co-star, Taapsee, wished the team in her own quirky way. She tweeted, “I kept telling @ShoojitSircar and @ronnielahiri I can be quite good at playing Udham Singh! But now that they have found @vickykaushal09 I think he will do a decent job ???? For all the favourites in one team I’m gonna wait for this ????”. The movie is based on the life of one of the bravest freedom fighters our country has ever come across. All set to release in 2020, this Vicky Kaushal starrer is already taking the internet by a storm. We also can’t wait to see how VK reacts to Taapsee’s comments.
