Sussanne Khan extends warm birthday wishes to Rakesh Roshan; says, “Happy happiest birthday dear papa”

Sussanne Khan, the former spouse of Hrithik Roshan, took to Instagram to convey her heartfelt birthday wishes to Rakesh Roshan, father of her former husband Hrithik Roshan, as he celebrated his 74th birthday.

On Wednesday, Sussanne Khan shared a heartwarming family portrait via her Instagram Stories. The photograph featured Sussanne herself, along with her and Hrithik's two sons, Hrehaan and Hridaan, and the birthday celebrant, Rakesh Roshan. In the snapshot, Sussanne donned a black tank top, while her children were dressed in white T-shirts and hoodies. The birthday boy, Rakesh Roshan, opted for a colourful shirt to mark the special occasion, and he was seen holding a glass of whiskey in his hand.

 

The ambiance was undoubtedly festive, with a plate full of cupcakes adorning the frame, adding to the celebratory mood. In her caption accompanying the post, Sussanne Khan expressed her warm wishes for Rakesh Roshan, addressing him as “dear papa.” She wrote, “Happy happiest birthday dear papa... god bless you with a wonderful year ahead.” Sussanne also tagged Rakesh Roshan in the post, accompanied by additional red heart and hug emojis.

 

 

Rakesh Roshan also shared an insider's glimpse of his birthday celebration, posting a video that captured the presence of his dear friends, Jeetendra and Prem Chopra. Rakesh's close-knit circle of friends orchestrated a heartfelt cake-cutting ceremony in his honour. The video showcases all his friends joining in to sing the traditional birthday songs. Expressing his gratitude for the celebration and the enduring friendships, Rakesh wrote in the caption, “50yrs friendship (very rare) thankyou Jeetu & friends for bringing in my birthday.
