Filmmaker Shoojit Sircar and producer Ronnie Lahiri are taking late Irrfan Khan's legacy ahead! Ronnie Lahiri of Rising Sun Pictures shared a poignant and emotional post on Instagram with director Shoojit Sircar, of a sneak peek into a project working the late Irrfan Khan's son Babil!
"Honoured to take forward your legacy Irrfan sir. Worked with a legend like you, And now Babil. If this is not Providence, what is?" he wrote in the caption. While the exciting project is under wraps, further details will be unveiled soon.
Shoojit Sircar and Irrfan Khan worked together in Piku.
Babil Khan, meanwhile, will be making his acting debut with Anushka Sharma’s Clean Slate Filmz production Qala alongside Triptii Dimri.
