Saba Ali Khan gives a sneak peek into Sharmila Tagore and Mansoor Ali Khan’s engagement

Sharmila Tagore and Masoor Ali Khan’s daughter Saba Khan’s Instagram feed is all about getting a peek into the Pataudis’ regal life. Making another addition to her throwback album, on Friday, Saba shared a two-photo post. Interestingly, the black-and-white images featured Sharmila and Mansoor exchanging rings and posing with ear-to-ear smiles.

In the caption of the photo post, Saba wrote, “Will You MARRY ME? He asked… / ...And she said, YES!”. She mentioned engagement as one of the hashtags used in the caption. In the first photo, Sharmila is all hearts as she looks down blushing as Mansoor is seen placing a ring on her finger. Meanwhile, in the second photo, the couple locked eyes.

The veteran actor and late Indian cricketer first met at a party in 1965. At the time, Tagore was an established Bollywood actress and Tiger was the captain of the Indian cricket team. After dating for a few years, the couple wed in 1969. A year after their marriage, the couple was blessed with a son, Saif Ali Khan and after six years, Saba Ali Khan was born. Later in 1978, the couple welcomed their third child, Soha Ali Khan.
