March 2023 saw a star-studded week as the Lakme Fashion Week took place at the Jio Gardens in BKC, Mumbai. The 4-day long event saw designers displaying their latest collection draped on some of Bollywood's most exceptional stars, who walked the ramp. From '90s stars like Karisma Kapoor and Sushmita Sen to Gen Z stars Sara Ali Khan and Shanaya Kapoor, the event was indeed star-studded with gorgeous outfits on display. This year Lakme Fashion Week featured numerous famous fashion designers such as Masaba Gupta, Rudraksh Dwivedi, Rahul Mishra, Aneeth Arora of Pero, Kriti Tula, Kallol Datta, Sudheer Rajbhar, Rudraksh Dwivedi and Hiro, Bhaavya Goenka, many more. Ritika Mirchandani's showstopper Parineeti Chopra walked in a stellar white ensemble and stole the show.

Without a question, Parineeti Chopra is the actress who deserves the most praise for her evolution as a fashion icon throughout the years. She has been making all the right moves, is a fashion pin-up in her own right, and is charming as the girl next door whether she is on the red carpet, at award ceremonies, or for television appearances. As the showstopper for designer Ritika Mirchandi, the actress presented us to a modern ethnic white skirt ensemble as she walked the runway. The Ritika Mirchandani ensemble was made up of a short bralette with a deep V-neckline and a matching skirt with a thigh-high slit that were embroidered in tone-on-tone white and decorated with sequins.

 

She covered her bralette with a long cape jacket that included matching white embroidery to give it more edge. She chose a choker set as her accessories. She continued to use nude lipstick and smoky eyes for her makeup. Her well styled hair was worn loose.

 

 

Meanwhile, on the work front, Parineeti will be next seen in movie Chamkila. The movie is a biopic of the legendary Punjabi pop star duo Amar Singh Chamkila and Amarjot Kaur. It is directed by Imtiaz Ali. Parineeti also has Capsule Gill with Akshay Kumar in pipeline.
