Malaika Arora cheers for boyfriend Arjun Kapoor on his fitness post - "You inspire me"
Actor Arjun Kapoor has been hitting the gym to keep up with his training, his girlfriend Malaika Arora has been his cheerleader and supporting him.
As he shared a motivational post on Instagram and Malaika reposted it. Kapoor also sharing a picture from gym captioned it with, “Aiming for a better tomorrow. #WorkInProgress #MondayMotivation.” She wrote, “You inspire me” and “Keep going”.
His fitness trainer Drew Neal also commented, “Better than yesterday, but not as good as tomorrow. Keep that fire lit.”
The actor has been sharing his fitness journey since 2020. Arjun got tested COVID positive and as he recovered, he worked on his fitness and health. In September 2021, he shared a long post describing his journey as, “It's one year since I tested positive for covid-19... and it pushed my fitness level back by months. I had just started getting into a routine with @drewnealpt on zoom sessions in lockdown and boom, I got covid. For someone like me - the struggle is continuous, everyday counts, every training session counts. I remember being demoralized, distraught. I was just on the path to making a turnaround - emotionally, mentally, I was there to make it happen... I took some days to get over the fact that after taking all the precautions, it happened to me. But I told myself, I will work doubly hard to not let this throw me off the rails. Clean Eating & resting my mind & body was at its peak during my recovery."
On the work front, Arjun was last seen in Bhoot Police, alongside Saif Ali Khan, Jacqueline Fernandez and Yami Gautam. He will be next seen in Ek Villian 2 and The Lady Killer.
