Disha Patani often gives her social media fans a glimpse of her shenanigans on the platform, whether it is regarding her films or fitness. The actress often makes her public appearances in sultry avatars but recently when some netizens spotted her attending the famous Ganga Aarti in Varanasi, the video not only became viral but many expressed their displeasure over her outfit choice for the ceremony.

Disha Patani recently was seen attending Ganga Aarti in Varanasi in a crop top and shawl which hasn’t gone down well with some social media users. Earlier this week, a fanclub posted a video of the actress and later a photo from the pooja ceremony of Disha sporting the top was posted on Reddit by a user. Some netizens on the platform lashed out at the Ek Villain Returns actress and posted their displeasure saying, ‘Poo bani parvati’ which was a reference made to the popular dialogue from the film Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham. “Hamari Poo kapdo mein kitni acchi lagti hai na", was another reference used by one of the Reddit users from the same film.

 

 

“Usko koi sahi disha batane wala nahi hai,” commented a user whereas a sarcastic comment was added by yet another one saying, “She looks good in full clothes”. “She looks so good in ethnic wear.. she had so much potential to be a good ranked movie star but it was ruined”, added one of them referring to her extensive lingerie promotions for a brand.

 

On the work front, Disha Patani is gearing up to feature alongside Sidharth Malhotra and Raashii Khanna in Yodha. Besides that, the actress also has some interesting South projects like the Nag Ashwin’s sci-fi drama Project K, co-starring Prabhas, Deepika Padukone, and Amitabh Bachchan as well as Kanguva co-starring Tamil superstar Suriya.
