Bigg Boss 16: Shalin Bhanot breaks into tears as he reads a letter from father, watch
Salman Khan-hosted show Bigg Boss is equal to entertainment for its viewers. Numerous celebrities cut connections from the outside world and enter the house for weeks to win the trophy. Discussing the strategies in the comfort of our home may seem easy, but living in the BB house is no less than a task in itself. A little bit of support from loved ones from outside the house can cheer up a contestant to play better. Thus, Bigg Boss season 16 had a special surprise for its participants including Shalin Bhanot.
In one of the latest promos, shared on the verified social media handle of Colors, Shalin can be seen reading out a letter written to him by his father. In the letter, Shalin’s father said that he is proud of his son while asking him to enjoy and be happy inside the home. Reading out the letter, Shalin breaks down.
Interestingly, the show is in its 10th week. Throughout his journey in the Bigg Boss 16 house, Shalin made headlines for various reasons; be it his friendship with co-contender Tina Datta or his demand for chicken. However, recently, his friendship with Tina fell apart when during the weekend special episode he was asked to make a choice between Tina and Sumbul, and the prize money of the show. As the actor chose prize money, Tina was evicted. But, she re-entered the home a day after her exit and lashed out at Shalin while calling him “fake”.
