Beauty Hack: Bipasha Basu recommends onion juice to prevent hair fall; shows how to apply
On Saturday, actress Bipasha Basu took to her social media handle to share a beauty hack with her followers. The actress shared a video where she is seen applying onion juice on her scalp. Bipasha revealed that the juice helps in reducing hair fall and helps in hair growth.
Sharing the video where she shows the procedure to apply the onion juice, she wrote, "Onion Juice!!!!!!!!!!!!!I make a pulp of 2 red onions... then strain the juice out... apply on scalp... gentle massage for few minutes and leave it for an hour and wash and condition. Once a week I have started doing this. This is done to stop hair fall and increase hair growth. I put plain onion juice. If you want you can add virgin coconut oil , lavender oil or lemon to it too.#loveyourself #bbbeautyhacks #healthyhairfirst."
In the video, Bipasha also said that the smell of onion might stay even after 3-4 washes. "Getting healthy hair is not easy, you need to make sacrifices," she said. Bipasha who has been trying to use all natural beauty products during the lockdown said that she has just started using it and will be waiting to see the results.
