Anees Bazmee praises his Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 star Kartik Aaryan; calls him an ‘extremely good and honest actor’

Not too long ago, Kartik Aaryan announced about Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 going on floors and now, it has been revealed that the team of the film is in Kolkata completing a gruelling schedule of the third horror film in the franchise. Yet again, Anees Bazmee is reuniting with his Rooh Baba aka Kartik Aaryan for this forthcoming venture, which will also mark the return of Vidya Balan to the franchise. As Bazmee has found himself working closely with Kartik once again, it seems like the director cannot stop gushing about the actor and has been raving about his skills as a performer.

Speaking to Telegraph about working with the team of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3, director Anees Bazmee said, "Kartik Aaryan is a very good actor. His comic timing is fabulous, and he is very on-point with his expressions, whether it is horror, comedy, or drama. In the Bhool Bhulaiyaa films, his character is never made to look like a hero. He is a normal young man who gets scared like all of us. Kartik is a very honest actor and extremely popular with all kinds of audiences."

 

Director Anees Bazmee, known for his knack for crafting rib-tickling comedies, earned immense love as he entered the Bhool Bhulaiyaa franchise with the second instalment. Followed by the blockbuster success of the film, the filmmaker is returning with a third film under this series of horror films and the anticipation surrounding it is quite palpable. With Kartik donning the avatar of Rooh Baba yet again and Vidya Balan reprising the character of Manjulika, the film also stars Triptii Dimri and audiences can’t wait to see what the filmmaker has in store for the fans of the horror franchise.
